BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) All bookings need to confirm deposits within 7 days of making the booking. The deposit can be paid by Cash on site, or Card over the phone.
2) Deposit of £10 per head is required for all bookings.
3) All Deposits are Non-Refundable
4) Deposits will be deducted from your final bill and cancellations can be made until 7 days before your booking. After this point any cancellations made will result in the loss of the individual’s deposit and no Refunds will be made. [Subject to clause five below]5) If anyone cancels a Person/Cover from your party less than 72hrs prior to arriving, FULL payment for that Person/Cover will become payable and charged on the final bill.
6) Number 4 & 5 is a strict Condition of your Booking with 1573 Bar & Grill.
7) We will operate with ONE bill per party, unless by prior arrangement with the Management no less than 3 working days before the meal.
(THE FINAL BILL FOR FOOD AND DRINKS CANNOT BE SPLIT OR PAID SEPERATELY BY INDIVIDUALS.)
8) All bills will come with a discretionary 10% Service Charge on the final Bill.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) All bookings need to confirm deposits within 7 days of making the booking. The deposit can be paid by Cash on site, or Card over the phone.
2) Deposit of £10 per head is required for all bookings.
3) All Deposits are Non-Refundable
4) Deposits will be deducted from your final bill and cancellations can be made until 7 days before your booking. After this point any cancellations made will result in the loss of the individual’s deposit and no Refunds will be made. [Subject to clause five below]5) If anyone cancels a Person/Cover from your party less than 72hrs prior to arriving, FULL payment for that Person/Cover will become payable and charged on the final bill.
6) Number 4 & 5 is a strict Condition of your Booking with 1573 Bar & Grill.
7) We will operate with ONE bill per party, unless by prior arrangement with the Management no less than 3 working days before the meal.
(THE FINAL BILL FOR FOOD AND DRINKS CANNOT BE SPLIT OR PAID SEPERATELY BY INDIVIDUALS.)
8) All bills will come with a discretionary 10% Service Charge on the final Bill.
9) All Parties will need to Pre-Order their meals.
10) All Pre-Orders need to be with us in writing (email or paper) NO later than TWO WEEKS before the meal, unless agreed by the management.
11) All STEAKS will be cooked medium unless otherwise requested on your Pre-Order.
12) A smart dress code is preferred.
13) NO FOOD AND DRINK ALLOWED THAT IS NOT FROM 1573 BAR & GRILL.
14) Customers will be refused entry if they are heavily intoxicated or portray aggressive behaviour before or during their visit and will be banned from returning to the restaurant.
